To be merged when flu-only reporting goes live

Changes Proposed

  • Added information about reporting to CA through bulk upload and single entry (listed eight devices)
  • Linked to PDF bulk upload guide for CA flu senders

Notes for Reviewers

Currently deployed on dev4.

  • Does the page formatting follow static site style and have no glaring technical issues?
  • Do headers look right and follow appropriate hierarchy?
  • Do links in the text work?
  • Are there any glaring typos? (It doesn't need a full, close copy edit)
